Every order from Sugar Cookie Collective is made fresh to order with care. Because my cookies are handcrafted and personalised, please allow time for me to create your order before it's on its way to you.
Processing & Production Time
All orders require a production lead time before dispatch. Current processing times are listed on each product page — please check these before placing your order, especially during busy seasonal periods (Easter, Mother's Day, Halloween, and Christmas).
If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before ordering so I can confirm availability.
Shipping Options
Australia Post Express — $20.00 AUD Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch (metro areas). Regional and rural delivery times may vary.
Local Pickup — Free Available by arrangement from North Kellyville. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready. Pickup details will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged to protect your cookies in transit. While I take every precaution, please note that Express Post is the fastest available option and helps minimise time in transit for these perishable items.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable. I'll do my best to help resolve the situation promptly.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — I'm unable to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched.
